I only have a free trial, but this only occasionally happens.
I'll download the free audio track and open it with my itunes. Normally when I look in the info section of the mp3 and check the "lyrics", it almost always has the dialogue typed in there. But sometimes the section is blank--for example, Season 1 Lesson 12 (What time is it?) is blank, but lesson 11 has the dialogue.
Is there any reason this happens and can it be fixed?
